At Brebelle, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Getting Your order Ready
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your delivery address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
When Will Your Pump Arrive?
Delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during busy periods or holidays that are outside of our control. International orders may also experience customs delays, which can extend delivery time.
Oops, Need To Change Something?
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or cancellation of your order. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at hello@brebelle.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
When Delays Happen
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work hard to ship quickly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Courier disruptions
- Customs delays
- Address verification issues
- Payment processing delays
If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed and assist in any way we can. Brebelle is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Missing Packages?
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@brebelle.com and we will assist you. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a formal claims process for lost or stolen packages. While Brebelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the situation. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. If a package cannot be located, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
