Brebelle's Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Brebelle, we are committed to creating products that help moms pump freely without sacrificing their milk supply. We believe in the effectiveness of our pump and recommend using it for at least 14 days before considering a return so you can fully experience the benefits. If you are not satisfied for any reason after 14 days, and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@brebelle.com.
Need to Change Your Mind?
Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Our 60-Day Peace-Of-Mind Promise
We stand behind our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are still unhappy, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@brebelle.com. To help us process your request faster, please include:
- Your Order Number
- The Name used to place the order
- The Email Address used at checkout
Received a Damaged Item?
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Damaged outer packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered damage. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email hello@brebelle.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will review your case and determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund or replace items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
About Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to ship orders quickly. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Brebelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we are unable to guarantee a resend or refund.
